About Eric

Eric is an entrepreneur, trainer and professional speaker since the age of 18. His passion in teaching and public speaking led him to start a training company in 2004. And since then, he has been training students (ranging from primary to tertiary levels) and adults from corporate organizations extensively.
He specializes in communications and leadership, with experience in designing and delivering programs such as public speaking, business and interpersonal communication, team management and conflict resolution. Because of his knowledge and expertise in the communications and leadership domain, he has been invited to speak regularly in various organizations including National University of Singapore (NUS) and Temple University, Philadelphia.
His accomplishments in Singapore have not gone unnoticed. He was interviewed and featured in several local media publications. Last year, Eric was also nominated for the Spirit of Enterprise Award, a prestigious award given to successful entrepreneurs in Singapore. As a celebrated Toastmaster in both Singapore and Philadelphia, Eric has taken part in and won many national level (Area/Division) speech competitions. Last year, he represented Philadelphia to compete in the Division Level Humorous Contest and was awarded First Place.
Eric speaks with energy and alacrity. His training style is clear, engaging and to the point. He is committed to delivering only his best and nothing less. On top of preparing for the International Speech Contest this year, he is starting a non-profit organization in Singapore and Philadelphia: Coaching Clubs International (CCI). He believes that coaching skills should be available for everyone. And through the CCI movement, individuals would be able to learn coaching skills and start creating extraordinary results in different domains of their lives, be it self, work or relationship.
